Damn preeclampsia

I thought I dodged that bullet! The blood work was OK, but the 24 hr urine came back with mild preeclampsia. Damn.So my OB calls and says we can do an amnio and take baby early or do bed rest for two days and take her on Thursday as planned.What lights me up about all of this, is that the high risk doc who he consulted with this time (a guy I don't like) told him my blood sugars weren't managed and we'll probably have a baby with lung issues if we go before 39 weeks. Friday is technically 39 weeks, but one day isn't going to really matter. The last time I saw this guy, a few weeks ago, he told me not to worry. Fucker.Don't get me wrong, I'm OK with waiting a few more days. But I had successfully talked my brain down from being neurotic about lung development for the last two weeks and now I get to obsess about it again for the next two days. Fuckers.Oh, and I was TOTALLY going shopping tonight, and can't do that now! LOL
