We had our ultrasound and THANK GOD ABOVE SHE'S FINE! She had a stomach, diaphragm was fine, and got great pictures of her heart. She measures a day ahead, which is great. She's a pound and a half, so doing great. : ) I have a few pictures, which I'll scan eventually.
They upped my insulin again, but won't need to see us for another 2 weeks. Next week, I see my regular OB so we'll talk about scheduling the c-section.
Whew. I can breathe a sigh of relief. I might not have blabbed about it every day, but the last month has been tough, waiting until our next ultrasound.
We will have to have an ultrasound of her heart with a pediatric cardiologist which is STANDARD with any mother who has diabetes. Her heart was fine with the level 2 equipment, but always better to be absolutely sure. I am actually not concerned about this one.
Life's getting better. Now if I can just get these mood swings under control and the edema and we'll be good. : )
